Re-opening the chapter

We're committed to revitalizing a sustainable alumni association with distinct objectives. The project will hold greater significance with the participation of our alumni. We earnestly request your involvement.

Expanding opportunities

Given the recently increasing interest in Korean culture and political economy, our university seeks to expand the exchange programs and promote opportunities for interaction in Korea. We've received opinions suggesting the need for voluntary assistance from alumni residing in Korea.

Meeting the Alumni demand

We identified a pain point among alumni indicating a desire for gatherings for companionship and business networking. If a sustainable alumni association is re-operated in Korea, the stature of BC in Korea will be elevated.

Supporting students

This is a chance to listen to the concerns of our students and to offer guidance to those who are stepping into careers.

Alumni services

Banners and wreaths

We pondered what the chapter can do for the alumni. As the saying goes, shared joy is double joy, and shared sorrow is half sorrow. We hope to continue our meaningful gatherings by jointly celebrating or mourning major life events of immediate family members or surrounding alumni.

We are initiating a service of sending celebratory and condolatory messages on behalf of the BC Alumni Korea. In addition, we are also preparing to provide services such as sending floral wreaths for condolences and congratulatory plants for business openings.

What does it mean?

In Korea, there is a culture of sending the university banner or floral wreaths when an alumnus has a wedding or funeral. It signifies that the alumni association shares its members' joys and sorrows.

Sending out the news

Upon request, the chapter can send out the news through out the directory.

Installing banners and wreaths

We offer celebratory/condolatory items under the name of the BC Alumni Korea. Please note that, due to laws like the Anti-Graft Act, costs will be borne by the requester.

Welcoming new freshmen

We plan to host a gathering event for the new students. It's an opportunity to address any questions they might have as freshmen and wish them a successful start to the new semester.

Alumni responsibility

The organizing committee recognizes it is the Alumni's duty to take care of the young eagles.

Freshmen welcome dinner

On Saturday, June 29th, the KISA current students will hold a dinner event to welcome the incoming freshmen. Please email us if anyone is interested in the event.
